Aaaahhh, två månader kvar typ. Jag blir galen. Galen.. GTA.. Galen.

Risfaktor: eftersom folk tyckte det var onödigt med massa bumpningar i tråden så orkar jag inte,  trodde den här tråden var till för att snacka gta när nya saker blir presenterade men fan hade fel på den punkten :)

Postar lite "Gammal" info så får vi se om den är ny för er eller inte

- There's no bodybuilding and you can't make money by businesses.
- There's an army against you if you commit serious crime.
- It should take 60-70 hours to finish the game
- Some gangs: Italians, Puerto Ricans, Russians, Jamaicans, Chinese Triad and Mafia.
- Vehicles may not start on first try.

 Niko's character was inspired by a man who helps Rockstar with their car service.
- Sam Houser likes to do this in multiplayer: "running up to a bunch of players with the grenade cooking in hands and taking them all out with ."
- There are traditional multiplayer modes and some exclusive modes too.
- A countryside was once planned but scrapped so that the developers could focus on smaller but more detailed area.

 Hand to hand combat now seems to be far more user controlled.
- Blocking if timed correctly will see Niko dodge an attack.
- All of the controller's face buttons now perform different attacks such as kicks and harder punches.
- Timing blows correctly result in more damage. For example a second button press as the first blow lands will see more damage than constant presses.
- Locking on will see your enemy with either a red or green reticule. Red means they are fighting back and green meaning they are attempting to flee.
- The control system reportedly reacts in different ways depending on your surroundings. So for example if fighting on a rooftop or anywhere close to a long drop Niko will carefully move towards the drop regardless of how far you push the controls
- This doesn't mean Niko won't fall it simply means that the game actively helps you to avoid mistakes.
- Smoke from damaged cars and even from passengers smoking now react exactly as they should including drifting into the camera to obstruct the view.
- It has now been confirmed that as seen in the Dillettante advert crashes will see any passengers lurch in the direction of the impact.
- Impact from car explosions now give a ringing effect previously used in a number of FPS games such as Half Life 2.
- The ingame HUD/radar now reacts to your speed. Zooming out at high speeds to show a larger area and give you more time to plan routes and see corners coming.
- Options have now been increased as to how you can react to police chases on foot. As an officer gets close Niko slowly drops to his knees with his hands behind his head. If you move before his knees touch the ground you can tempt to escape at the cost of an extra wanted star.

 You can only access Broker at the start of the game.
- If you die during a mission you can retry it.
- Headlights have 2 modes: full beam and dipped. You can't turn them off.
- You can't store items in vehicles.
- Cars are not customisable like in San Andreas.
- Radio station genres: funk, reggae, jazz, dance, Jamaican, pop, hardcore, hip hop and Eastern European. A station called The Vibe plays RnB and soul.
- You are able to view full map of the city and select a destination there.
- Some cars have voice navigation
- Grenades and molotov cocktails can be lobbed from car window. Firing a gun is now less accurate than previously.
- Niko is good at Krav Maga which is the fighting style Israeli Special Forces.
- X360 version is brighter and more vibrant colour than PS3 version which however has less aliasing problems.

- Brucie who lives in the Broker docks pays Niko to kill someone. Niko attemps to do his job but the target escapes. A car chase follows and finally Niko nails his target by doing a drive-by. After this he gets a call from Brucie who screams: "You're the man!"
- Friends are important. By showing up on time for meetings and helping your friends you will get some sort of "Taxi service", free helicopter and weapons delivered to your home. If you can't make it to a meeting you can call the person you're supposed to meet.
- There's a circle above enemy's head which indicates its health.
- If you drive a heavy car you really feel it.
- There's a car called "Contender".
- There's a helicopter renting place. You'll meet a man there who asks if you want to view the city from above. Niko kills this man and steals a helicopter. You can fly the helicopter very high.
- a new feature has been discovered. Apparently you can pretend to be a police officer while you are in a cop car and call for backup

Fan va bra att man kan flyga helikopter! De sa ju att d inte fanns några flyplan så jag trodde att man inte skulle kunna flyga alls..

Fan de var jävla dåligt. Nu trodde man på värsta NFS styling men icke.

R-O-BeatZ P18: Nfs styling hör hemma i nfs serien, visst är det lite tråkigt men finns värre saker som slumpades bort.

Men samtidigt spelade jag gta san andreas i över säkert 200-300 timmar så det håller en stund :)

Den största och märkvärdigaste skillnaden är: DLC content, resten kommer nog vara identiskt

 Niko was in Times Square when he led with a rocket launcher, a rain of missiles. The frame-rate has not declined at all!

 The rain is very realistic, much more than in San Andreas.

Skateboardingen är inte sagt något om, finns skateboard ramp men inga kommentarer än. Så hoppas inte på för mycket kiprono


Solid: Nej det kommer ingen co-op, har för mig att rockstar kommenterat det tidigare och sagt att det är gjort för 1 spelare (storyn då) och därför inte skulle inte 2player coop funka.

Kom ihåg att ingenting är säkert förens du sitter där den 29e med ditt egna gta, jag postar bara rykten och "info" så lita inte blint på allt jag gräver upp :)

nej, har inte förväntat mig det direkt. men det skulle ju inte sitta fel direkt...
skulle bli förvånad om de fanns co-op.

Multiplayer kommer ju som sagt, och eftersom ingen har testat den än kan det ju bli intressant och se vad det blir :)

Men om du ska ha 2player coop genom en hel story, håll utkik efter saints row 2 som ska dyka upp senare under året om jag inte har fel :)

njaaa, saints row  är ju som en Playstation 2 variant av GTA fasst du har knappat in en fusk kod så du du blir superman,,, finns måååånga spel på p2 och första xbox som har bättre grafik, sånt irriterar mig. men sen är ju co-op ALLTID kul,,, även om det bara är 7mb stort webspel  is som exempel Rebubbled =D

Men en sak är säkert, GTA4 kommer toppa listorna ett braaaaaa tag

hoppas det sprids tidigare på nätet :) så man slipper vänta så dära jätte länge och då menar jag (2-3 dagar innan det släpps :P)

Hoppas att man inte kan skejta, isf. kommer d säkert bli som i dead rising...

Solid: Jag tyckte Saints row var helt okej, multiplayern sög dock apkuk enligt mig men i övrigt var det underhållande :)

Om man kan skatea är det nog mer troligt att det liknar skateboardandet från bully, fast lite bättre antar jag. Bully är ju utvecklat av rockstar och är väldigt likt gta-spelen, så.

Klart man inte kommer kunna skatea, sluta nu. De tog ju bort cyckeln av den anledning att det var töntigt.

The car paint jobs are noticable from newer cars being gleaming and spotless, to old cars being rusted and dull.

Bulletholes and dirt are permanent on cars.

Interior walls can be greatly damaged, "ripping chunks out of the plaster with gunfire."

KING magazine has an exclusive. DJ Green Lantern will be a DJ in Grand Theft Auto IV. But it doesn't end there...

"Somebody within my camp said that they were interested in doing some stuff. We sat down and it ended up like a whole radio show. This particular show, there's a little bit of budget involved. It's not the normal licensed-out music. When you jump in the car, you're going to be able to hear a whole Green Lantern radio show filled with nothing but exclusive music I produced for the game. I think it's the first time that's ever been done."

I'll just say the radio show is exciting. It's going to get your adrenaline pumping. I can't say any more.

Music from Styles P, Uncle Murda and Maino's song "Getaway Driver" are included in the game.
