We woke up in hell, we were sleep walking
and now massmedia just keeps talking, try’na to tell us what to do.

But I’m not listening, these pitiful attempts

to walk in someone elses shoes, is keep givin’ me blisters and

I’m not one of them. And I never will be.

You think you’re free, right? Life’s a rollercoaster, and the massmedia

ain’t givin’ you a free ride. Cause we’re slaves under the influence of
TV and magazines. So tell me,  is that free to ya?
Being shaped by the hands of the corrupted massmedia?

Jesus, you’re swallowed their lies and now you feel hollow inside.

Cause you’re not good enough, puttin’ fingers down your troath.

These corrupted snakes at the top of every scyscraper, is playin’
with your life like it was some kind of joke. Sittin’ on their really high
horses among the clouds doesnt make them gods.
