Albin2- 2010-04-02 15:03	Tycker varken Hilltops eller Bliss n Eso är särkillt mycket mer än bra. Gillar de positiva budskapen, men tycker att det främst i Bliss N Esos fall ofta blir lite corny och för mycket. Dock så är de utan tvekan värda att checka in och jag tror det skulle gå hem hos många. Bästa Aus-rappen som jag hört är iaf Urthboy´s platta The Signal, som är helt fantastisk.

Borttagen 2010-04-07 09:20	Jag håller inte riktigt med, då jag själv anser att hip-hopen har förändrats med åren. Den politiska medvetenheten/samhällskritiken som triggade själva rörelsen är inte den samma idag, som för 30 år sen. Sen finns det ju olika sätt att rimma och skriva feta texter, och jag tycker trådens grupp varken rappar bra, eller skriver intressanta rim. Då läser jag, som sagt, hellre en bok - eller blir bakåtsträvande och lyssnar på den tråkige Immortal Technique, som ändå gjorde det bättre än denna grupp. Och för att helt klarlägga min ståndpunkt... för att visa hur LITE texterna betyder inom genren "hiphop", så skiter jag fullständigt i texterna när jag sätter på nån Dilla/Pete Rock/Preemo/Madlib instrumental och får nackskador av musiken. Och ännu mer går det emot din teori, när typ Dilla börjar flowa över en låt som "the $" och fullkomligt fyller mina öron med fullkomligt underbart, genialt INNEHÅLLSLÖST bling-bling snack. Då kan en text vara hur bra/kass - viktig/oviktig som helst, men det handlar om HUR skiten görs. Och för mig, handlar musik om en känsla, inte nödvändigtvis om grammatik eller konkret innehåll. Då läser jag som sagt hellre, stor litteratur, eller läkartidningen. Sen är det ju skitbra att du diggar musiken - det är ju din glädje. Rhetoric P41 2010-04-07 16:49	Super-Nerd P23 det släpps ungefär en skiva om dagen som är samhällskritisk, så det beror väl på vart man letar antar jag. för mig så är det beatet som får min uppmärksamhet och texterna som får mig att lyssna vidare. You could do coke or E, Percocet, OC's Still none of that gets you as high as when you quotin' me! sen så finns det ju artister som jag mest uppskattar för dess flow och hela den tekniska biten. Borttagen 2010-04-07 17:16	mitt tips är väl att du börjar med att gräva in dig på kilovis av brasiliansk och afrikansk musik. håll ett extra öga öppet för bossanova, västafrikansk/brasiliansk funk. strö sedan några miligram vangelis och tangerine dreams tidiga verk någon deciliter verdi och wagner ytterligare 75 centiliter latinamerikansk musik (prova cuba och colombia) och sist men inte minst; en jävla massa hekton av dusty funk-soul från usa där har du en bra början till en helt underbar måltid, och så kanske ditt liv börjar att förändras, och hip-hop kanske kommer kännas mindre viktigt och imponerande :) Denna användare har skrivit alla inlägg där användaren har tagits bort från whoa.
