Program blockeras

Något blockerar program från att starta för mig. T.ex. Itunes, Illustrator, vissa installationsprogram. Processen kommer úpp i task manager men går inte att avsluta.
Någon som vet vad man kan göra eller hur man kan hitta vad det är som blockerar.
