"So we're working on this project involving music, right? And we're missing practice spaces and any kind of recording device to capture the random cacophony we manage to squeeze out of our dying instruments in between trips across country and continent and don't really have a proper line-up to use (we've never had an actual line-up, you know, with permanent members) and lost direction while traveling, both musicwise and in the geographical sense.

But, we bit our tongues and kept at it, right? We listened to all the songs on all of the albums we thought necessary and read the right books that wouldn't leave us with migraines due to lackluster performances by authors that have sold inexplicable amounts of ink-stained dead trees, but leave us with at least an ounce of inspiration. We saw the right bands (at least I did) and took notes, leaves out of their books, steps from their dances, to see what we could possibly turn it into. We've had split performances, scattered across the mideastern and now southern regions of Sweden, both solo and in different constellations, playing own compositions and some we were fond of by others. Just marching on, indulging in other activities (writing, mostly, although some of us chose to play around with alcohol instead) and playing the occasional acoustic gig with some random girl who happens to sing prettier than yourself. Solo, duets, spoken words, regroupings, and everything in between.

And I truly think it's just..fucking amazing that we've been at this for around three maybe even four or five years, you know, pulling and pushing and busking and traveling and listening and listening and watching reading and more listening, and we still don't have a single song down to our name. This is what Bearsville is, I guess..."
