MPC-Skin for FL Studio.

Instructions: copy the whole "MPC Skin" folder into your Programs/Image-Line/FL Studio 8/Artwork/Skins folder. Start FL Studio, click on 'Options', choose 'General Settings', click 'General' and on the bottom you can select your new MPC-Skin. Enjoy!
