J-Son's initiated thought was to make a track about his relationship to music. But director Tobias Nordkvist saw a totally different picture in front of him when he heard the track. Listening to the lyrics, he felt that Stop Me mediated the message of stoping yourself before its to late. Either it being from a drug addiction, criminal lifestyle or just hurting yourself. "Music can be interpreted in so many different ways, everything is in the listener's ear", Tobias says.

The video depicts a young girl and her escaping out into a dark grown up world. The video is shot so you see the video starting from the end with her being thrown out of a car and takes you trough her night back into her girly room and the camera zooms in on her 13 year old face. During this night she has been fondled, given alcohol and exposed to drugs. A dark reality not fitted for a young girl.

What reasons that lays behind her behaviour is left to your imagination. But that somebody in
her surrounding needs to stop her is evident.
