Young vocalist Joey Fever has been active on the Stockholm club scene since 1999 but has blown up in Sweden and beyond in the last years.
The musical style of Joey Fever ranges from Roots Reggae to Dancehall, Zouk and Soca with influences from various corners of the world.
You dubplate seekers migth recognize Joey from Benny Page´s remix of Kenny Ken´s classic - Everyman that has been busted by some of the biggest names out there Hype, Shy Fx, Bryan Gee...in clubs and national radio stations around the world.
MIR Crew team up to do a dnb remix of this marvelous track by Joey Fever and Pleasure Beat.
Its catchy lyrics stick like glue and the chunky beats and bass will hit you in the ches' like slugs on a bullet proof ves'!
Behind MIR CREW you find MIR Rec owners and brothers Boj Lucki and Toni Bassi plus mighty talented producer and turntabelist Ljudas.
Boj Lucki and Ljudas had theire first release in 2006 on Shout Rec and got fortcoming releases in 07 on labels JungleXpeditions and Keynote.
Ljudas solo work is featured on Benny Pages, Drity Dubs Round 2.

Boj Lucki is a bizzy dj, playing aroud Europe & spreading his dubwise sound he has been heard in over 15 different coutnrys in the past 2 years.

AMANING has given us a heavy & infectious track on the dubwise tip making MIR 001 a solid dancefloor driven 12´.

Half German half Ghanian Tom Amaning grew up in London and Ghana. After leaving the UK in 1995 for Germany, he began DJing to help spread the fresh Jungle sound to new audiences.
In the studio, AMANING has worked with producers such as Loxy, Mad Vibes, The Green Man, Syncopix, MTC Yaw,
AMANING´s versatile sound is difficult to categorize as it crosses many boundaries within the Drum + Bass spectrum. AMANING draws strong musical influences from the greats such as Roy Ayers, Miles Davis, and Quincy Jones, giving his music a certain soulful touch while maintaing a commanding dancefloor character.
AMANING has released on established labels such as Metalheadz, Renegade and Soundtrax, to name but a few. The time has now come for his debut EP, "On Track', due on Progress, a sister Label of the Horizons Music Group. Release is targeted for early 2007. With focus also on his own label BIOS (Breakbeat Input/Output System) future seems to bright around this new talent.
