ta bort filer med bootcd

kommer inte in i windows så jag behöver ett program där man kan ta bort alternativt kopiera filer till en extern usbhårddisk finns det någon som vet ngt?

alltså en isofil / bootcd.

anledningen är att jag inte har tillräckligt med plats för att installera windows över det gamla

en bootcd där man kan ta bort filer räcker jättebra!!!! :)
bör sägas att det är filsystem ntfs
